I have just been on your very informative website and i have a quick simple question for you.
UK patent no GB2441231 has been granted for a product which was initially my idea and i nursed this product through design, development and testing etc whilst i was working for my previous company….my name is on the patent as the designer, does this entitle me to any rights over this product ?
